COOL (Construction Opportunities On Line):
An internet based
construction reporting service that includes current projects out for bid,
blueprints, specifications, addenda, bidders lists, apparent low
bidders/awards, and the option of ordering hard copies for delivery or
pick-up. Also, this service provides for individual project tracking that
will notify you via e-mail concerning addenda,bid date extensions, and bid
results.
CONSTRUCTION BULLETIN:
An electronic daily publication
listing public, private, institutional, commercial, industrial, and government
(federal, state & local) construction and procurement projects in Eastern
& Central Pennsylvania, Northern Maryland, and Northern Delaware.
Includes general project information, list of bidders and/or plan holders, list
of low bidders and awards, and general announcements.
PLAN ROOM:
A library of plans and
specifications of projects listed in the Construction Bulletin. Members
can review the plans and specifications for estimated costs and bid
information. Plans and specifications may be reserved
for evenings and weekends for take-off purposes.
EXPRESS COPY SERVICE:
A photocopier and
blueprint copier are available for Members use while in the Plan Room OR&
.let us do the work for you! We will copy specific pages of
blueprints and/or specifications and mail them directly
to your office. We are just a phone call or an e-mail away.
DIRECTORY AND BUYERS GUIDE:
Annual directory
listing all Members of the Mid Atlantic BX and a buyers guide
section listing their special trades or services. Architects, engineers,
prospective Members, municipalities, governmental agencies, and school district
officials also receive this publication.
ENDORSED BLUE SHIELD
HEALTH INSURANCE PLANS:

social events are open to all Members and their employees. These
functions provide excellent opportunities to relax and meet colleagues in the
construction industry. Main events include: Annual Meeting &

construction industry the Mid Atlantic BX honors senior students
from local Vocational and Technical Schools as Craftsmen of the Future.
