Application Fee: Each new Member
must pay a one time application fee of $225. This is a one-time fee as
long as the company remains an active Member. If a company drops
Membership and reapplies at a later date, it must once again pay the $225
application fee.
Membership Dues: Current dues are
$582 per year. Membership in the Mid Atlantic BX is a company
Membership and as such all direct employees of the Member company enjoy full
use of the services. Subcontractors, affiliated companies, joint
partnerships, etc. are not considered part of the Member company and are not
afforded Membership rights.
COOL: Construction Opportunities On Line is an internet
based construction reporting service. News consists of current projects
out for bid, blueprints, specifications, addenda, bidders
lists, apparent low bidders/awards, and the option of ordering hard copy
blueprints and specifications for delivery or pick-up. Also, this
service provides for individual project tracking that will notify you via
email concerning addenda, bid date extensions, and bid results. The
cost to access this on line service is $943 per year, plus membership dues.
Dues for Membership received in the interim of the fiscal year (September 1,
to August 31) are prorated per the following schedule:
